SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping
We will process the orders within 24 hours. Moreover, now, we deliver the order all year round, 7 days a week, except for holidays or weekends. Typical delivery times are 3-15 business days. Occasionally, the shipping and delivery can be delayed, so that the time it takes will be longer.
LTL shipping – Less than truckload freight shipping service
We use LTL shipping for large and oversized products. An email containing tracking information and freight carrier will be sent to you after your products ship from our warehouse. The delivery date will be set up shortly following the shipment by the carrier based on what is best suited for both parties involved.

Gates and Fencing: 5 – 15 Business Days
Storage Locker: 5 – 15 Business Days
Planter Box: 5 – 15 Business Days
Gate Opener (fedex): 3 – 10 Business Days

LTL Shipping options:
- Curbside delivery: Choosing this option, the customer must be available. If not, fees will be charged. The drivers will unload the freight on your curb at the end of your driveway, and the drivers are not responsible for bringing the freight into the house, garage, etc.
- “Second Man” Delivery: “Second Man” Delivery is an add-on that can be selected during the checkout process. On this option, there is a second man to assist you to unload your product from the truck to your driveway, not your choosing place.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping service. For this reason, the buyer is responsible for all related charges and may be subject to taxation in their respective country or territory upon delivery of goods.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will send you a confirmation email once your package has been shipped. The tracking number of the package is also sent, so make sure to check it regularly for any updates!
