When we do this there are two ways our data may be used: 1) to make sure that everything is going smoothly for both parties in regards to shipping and 2)for the purpose of marketing such as sending out newsletters or updates about new arrivals at your favorite store
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address (so that the right products can be delivered), mailing address and phone number. We also collect credit card information to process orders as well as any other personal details needed during checkout

TERM AND CONDITIONS

All users of this site are subject to the following terms, which also include an agreement with our Privacy Policies. If there is anything unclear about them, don’t hesitate to ask us!

LTL Shipping

When the package is delivered, the customer is responsible for checking to make sure that the product is in good condition and that the quantity is correct. 

If you find any damage, it is crucial to indicate it on the freight company’s delivery receipt. In this case, you can refuse the shipment and indicate the damage on the company’s Bill of lading. Another option for this situation is that you can contact us for replacement and we will process your request as soon as possible. 

If you receive the damaged product and accept it,  please note it on the freight company’s Bill of lading and request a partial refund. 

 The customer is responsible to pay both shipping costs to the customer’s delivery address and back to the warehouse if the order is canceled. Moreover, if the delivery address is changed after the purchase has been sent from the seller’s facility, we will not cover the shipping cost so please do some research before purchase. 

Price, sales and promotions

All prices, sales and promotions on this website are intended to use solely on this website. We do not accept other websites’ coupons and promotions.

Installation Information

Labor is performed by an independent contractor: The installer’s position as an independent contractor will not change the price you pay, nor the quality or scope of any warranties of such labor.

Within three (3) days of delivery or installation, any visible item damage or any house damage must be notified to our MSUSA LLC by phone and in writing.

Typographical Errors

MSUSA LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price if an MSUSA LLC product is accidentally listed at that price.

MSUSA LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, regardless of whether they have been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. MSUSA LLC will offer a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the erroneous pricing if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled.

Term/Termination

When you access the site and/or complete the registration or shopping procedure, you agree to these terms and conditions. MSUSA LLC has the right to terminate these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. Copyrights, Trademarks, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous clauses will survive any termination.

You agree that the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas will have jurisdiction over and venue in any legal matter directly or indirectly arising out of or connected to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of MSUSA LLC items).

Any claim or cause of action you have concerning the site (including, but not limited to, the purchase of MSUSA LLC items) must be brought within one (1) year of the claim or cause of action arising. The failure of MSUSA LLC to insist on or enforce strict compliance with any part of these terms and conditions will not be interpreted as a waiver of that provision or right. The parties’ course of behavior and trade practice shall not be used to alter any of these terms and conditions. MSUSA LLC reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party at any time and without notice to you.

Harassment of any kind on the site is prohibited, including through email, chat, or the use of obscene or abusive language. It is against the law to impersonate another person, including an MSUSA LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors to the site.

MSUSA LLC does not and cannot monitor all communications and materials submitted to or generated by site users, and is not liable in any way for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge and agree that by allowing you to access and distribute user-generated material on the site, The MSUSA LLC is only serving as a passive conduit for such distribution and has no responsibility or liability of any of the site’s contents or activities. RETURNS

We want to ensure that your purchase is as satisfying and trouble-free for you as possible. MSUSA LLC will process all returns, warranty issues, or exchanges quickly! However, any credit, refund, or exchange is at the manufacturer’s decision, and they have the last word on warranty issues.

As soon as you receive your order, please inspect it. If your order is damaged or incomplete, contact MSUSA LLC right away.

Please keep the original packaging! You must return your item in its original packaging if you need to return it.

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY 

The 30-day return policy at MSUSA LLC applies to merchandise that has not been installed. It is returnable if you acquire the incorrect part, or if the goods come damaged or faulty. If the mentioned requirements are satisfied, MSUSA LLC will gladly give credit or order a replacement.

Notify MSUSA LLC of your intention to return the item as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, we won’t accept your return.

MSUSA LLC will issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) as soon as you report your return. MSUSA LLC must receive the RMA within 30 days of the date specified on the RMA.

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packing. The manufacturer will charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in this condition.

Merchandise must be in new, unopened condition when returns

ALL shipping costs are paid by the customer.

After 30 days, MSUSA LLC will not accept returns for incorrect or damaged products.

EXCEPTION

Special orders cannot be returned.

Restocking fees of 15% to 25% will be charged for gates and gate operators returned due to incorrect selection.

Please call us beforehand so that we can advise you on the correct method and procedure for returning gates due to unique needs. Gates must be delivered using the right shipping method and in the original packing. Gates will not be accepted or refunded until these criteria are met and the gate is delivered in new condition.

If MSUSA LLC sends an erroneous item, we will replace it and deliver it (using the original delivery method) to you for free. Any expedited shipping costs, if relevant or available, are solely the responsibility of the customer. The client is solely responsible for any costs related to the expedited shipment, if relevant or available.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

All manufacturer warranties are honored by MSUSA LLC. Please follow these guidelines to guarantee that you receive the correct replacement item(s). Unprofessional installation, inappropriate usage, or incorrect installation are not covered by the warranty. Weather-related or terrorism-related damages are also not covered by the guarantee.

STEP 1: CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER – To determine the warranty period, contact the manufacturer’s Tech Support. The make, model, and serial number must all be provided. You should ask for the technician’s name, diagnosis, and advice.

STEP 2: With the information you obtained from the manufacturer, call MSUSA LLC. We will place an order for the replacement part on your behalf. You may pay for the new component first and then have the replacement after MSUSA LLC receives the non-working part. Alternatively, you can return the non-working part first and receive a replacement.

STEP 3: MSUSA LLC will provide you with an RMA number as well as a delivery address. The returned item must be sent to the address specified on the RMA. If the part is sent to the wrong address, we will not issue a credit. You must return non-working components in order to get credit.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
